Contact your previous provider and request approval for your number. You must give your consent to the transfer.
Download our number portability form, fill it out completely.
Make sure that the data you enter in the form matches the data provided by your previous mobile provider. Inconsistencies can delay the transfer process.
Send the completed and signed form and a copy of your ID to customer.service@variatel.com.
As soon as we have received and checked your documents, we will initiate the transfer process. You will be informed of the progress by e-mail.
Your mobile number will remain active during the change. We will send your Variatel SIM card to your home. As soon as the transfer is complete, you can get started straight away
