SIM Owner Change

How It Works: Change the SIM Card Owner in 3 Simple Steps

Fill Out the User Change For

• Download and fill out the required form with the new owner’s details.
• Important: Don’t forget to attach a copy of the new owner’s ID (front and back of the ID card or passport).

Submit the Form via Email

• Once the form is completed, email it along with the required documents to: sim.owner@variatel.de
• Quick and Secure: Ensure the correct email address is used for a smooth process.

Confirmation and Transfer

• After reviewing your submission, Variatel will confirm the transfer via email.
• Once confirmed, the SIM card ownership will be updated, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
