Position: Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

You love helping people and are looking for a meaningful and dynamic role?. Then join our service team and support our customers in staying connected – with friendliness, efficiency, and competence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers – by phone and email.
  • Handle inquiries related to tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and technical issues.
  • Quickly find solutions to problems and document them in our system.
  • Work closely with colleagues in departments like IT and Sales.

What You Bring:

  • You enjoy customer interaction and communicate clearly and kindly.
  • First experience in customer service or a call center is a plus – but not required.
  • You work reliably, independently, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent German communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages such as English, Turkish, Arabic, or Tamil are a plus.
  • You’re not afraid of tech – SIM cards and CRM systems don’t scare you.
